Director of Berwick, Carl splits his time between customers and staff. 14 years’ experience in Care Environments, Carl was trained by Stirling University in Dementia Design. Using science and style, in that order, Carl delivers a future-proofed environment.

Having worked across many departments within Berwick, Nathan has a good understanding of both the product range and company. There’s nothing he loves more than being presented with a challenge or problem by a customer and being able to find a solution – even if it requires research and testing.

Logistics Manager

Having previously worked for 8 years in a chilled warehouse where his team was a finalist at the UK Warehouse Association Awards in 2011, Ovidiu oversees the journey of every Berwick order from pick, pack and the subsequent delivery to the client.

With her optimistic outlook and infectious enthusiasm, Danielle is the ultimate customer advocate. Efficiently and effectively she handles customer orders, ensuring her clients get what they want, when they want it, every time.

Director, Care and Hygiene Specialist

One of the founders of Berwick, Tristan has travelled with the business from the ground up. Much of Tristan’s time is spent delivering the Lean Audit to Multi-Site Care Home Operators, helping Care Homes cut waste, becoming efficient and effective.
